Self-guided groups may purchase tickets using the Buy Online link. Or, download and complete the self-guided Group Order Form and mail to ZooAmerica.

For groups who would like to schedule a program during their visit, use the Request Information link below. Once the form is completed, we will check on program and time availability and get back to you within two weeks of your registration.

• Walk-up groups are not eligible for group rates. Groups must prepay to receive a discounted group rate. No free escorts for walk-up groups.
• Payment Instructions: Full lump sum payment must accompany all mail in and phone orders. Organizational checks, money orders, or credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks and purchase orders will not be accepted.
• Group rates may not be used in conjunction with any other discount program, coupon, or special event. Tickets are non-refundable and are valid through December 31, 2024.

2024 ZooAmerica^® Annual Pass Holders and Hersheypark^® Season Pass Holiders are excluded in group total.
